The modular high-density AI/HPC whitespace unit is a versatile, all-in-one solution that can help businesses of all sizes meet their AI and HPC compute needs with speed and efficiency. The unit is designed by Kontena and built from the ground up using high-quality steel components, the unit supports scalable and industrial-grade manufacturing. All modules are engineered to meet seismic design requirements, comply with EMEA structural standards, are rated for EL 120 fire resistance, and are easily transportable. Our modular AI/HPC solutions are fully customizable to meet your specific needs.
Power and cooling modules complete the product range, allowing customers to achieve plug & play data center infrastructures. We offer extension possibilities such as external cooling units, interior/exterior security systems, extra trim and finish with customer branding, monitoring software solutions, transformers, E-houses, and other tailored features to meet your unique requirements.
A unit with 27 IT-racks supports an average load up to 300kW, with a 170kW tap off. It includes a UPS battery backup and a dual busbar system for enhanced reliability.

In the modular HPC whitespace, the primary focus is on IT infrastructure. Our fully optimized configuration accommodates up to 564U of rack space, with an additional 25U dedicated to network patching. Power and network cable trays, along with cooling pipes, are easily accessible and designed for straightforward maintenance.
Power is supplied by a busbar system (A+B) alongside an auxiliary cabinet, all pre-configured, pre-installed and ready for operation. Other systems are effortlessly connected via feedthrough plates and flanges. The unit is equipped with fire detection and Argonite-based or aerosol extinguishing systems, along with smart locks, surveillance cameras, and redundant power, cooling, and network systems—ensuring secure, reliable, and worry-free facility management.
Fully insulated modules equipped with LED lightning, ESD flooring, secured entrance doors and C-profiles on walls and ceilings for easy integration of tools and equipment. They are seismic calculated, compliant with EMEA structural standards, and EL 120 fire rated.
Create bigger data centers by connecting multiple individual units. We add office and storage rooms for all equipment and staff, corridor units connect all individual units.
Each unit includes climate control, fire safety systems, redundant electrical infrastructure, backup power, CCTV, and access control, all pre-installed for immediate use.
Designed for high-efficiency computing, each rack supports up to 55 kW of power, making the system ideal for demanding AI and HPC workloads.
Our fire suppression systems are designed to protect sensitive equipment without the use of water or other potentially damaging agents.
Gas-Based Systems: These systems reduce the oxygen level in the data room, quickly suppressing fires without leaving any residue. They are fast-acting and ideal for environments with high-value electronics.
Aerosol Systems: Aerosol extinguishing works by releasing a fine mist of solid particles and inert gases that chemically disrupt the fire’s chain reaction and absorb heat. Like gas-based systems, they leave no residue, allowing for quick cleanup and minimal downtime.
